Your first year includes a Member Welcome Visit and an Annual Plumbing Maintenance Visit, you get 10% off all plumbing work, up to $500 per job, and you earn $100 in reward dollars toward a qualifying water heater replacement after every completed year, up to $500.
Whole-home inspection
Jose checks the accessible plumbing items included in the annual inspection and explains what he finds.
Water heater flush or descaling
For an eligible water heater, the annual visit includes the appropriate tank flush or tankless descaling to address sediment or scale buildup.
No dispatch fee on the annual visit
The $79 dispatch fee is waived on the annual maintenance visit. On ordinary service calls, the standard $79 dispatch fee applies.
Member discount
10% off all plumbing work, up to $500 per job, applied on the invoice. On a water heater replacement it can be combined with your earned reward dollars. The separate $300 water heater offer cannot be combined with either member benefit: you choose the standalone $300 offer or your membership benefits, not both.
$100 toward your next water heater
Earned after each completed paid membership year, up to a $500 maximum, and transferable to another active member. Not cash; a partial year earns none.
Not insurance, not a warranty — scheduled maintenance plus a reward. It renews automatically each year until you cancel, with email reminders 30 days and 7 days before renewal; cancel any time before the renewal date by phone, text or email. Enrollment can be completed by phone, by text through the office, or in person during a scheduled visit, with the full terms provided before enrollment.
