No. The Welcome Visit happens once, when you first enroll. The Annual Plumbing Maintenance Visit is included in every paid membership year. A renewal year does not add another Welcome Visit.

After each completed, fully paid 12-month membership term. They are not a signup credit, and a partial year earns nothing. Five completed years is the $500 maximum.

Yes. Rewards from years you completed stay yours and can still be redeemed toward a qualifying Sonlight water heater replacement. Cancelling before your renewal date stops the next charge and does not end the term you already paid for. A year you did not finish earns nothing.

Yes. Sonlight Rewards renews automatically each year at $199 plus applicable taxes until you cancel. We email you a reminder 30 days before and again 7 days before your renewal date. You can cancel any time before the renewal date by phone, text or email, and cancelling before that date stops the next charge. Cancelling never takes away reward dollars you already earned.

Yes, with another eligible active Sonlight Rewards member. A transfer moves your points to them; it does not create extra rewards, and the $500 maximum per installation still applies.

Only applicable taxes. The $9.99 covers the limited visual checkup visit, and no additional $79 dispatch fee is charged for it. If they decide to have work done, that work is quoted and approved separately.

Yes. Enrollment is completed with our office by phone or text, or in person during a scheduled Sonlight Plumbing visit. There is no online checkout and no self-service signup on this website.

Your member discount and your reward dollars, yes. On a water heater replacement, the 10% member discount (up to $500 per job) can be combined with the reward dollars you have earned. Example: on a replacement that comes to 3,000 dollars, with $200 in earned rewards, the member discount is $300 and the $200 in rewards also applies, for $500 off. The separate $300 water heater promotion cannot be combined with either member benefit: you choose the standalone $300 offer or your membership benefits, not both.
